Chiffon warp and weft yarns use two different twisting directions, S-twist and Z-twist, arranged alternately in 2S and 2Z (two left and two right), The twist has 13T(18T,24T,28T,32T) with a plain weave interweaving. The warp and weft density of the fabric is low.
Chiffon are twisted with polyester FDY 50D ,75D,100D, and then subjected to a special sizing process of steam drying and untwisting. In addition to the advantages of softness, smoothness, breathability, and easy washing, the product has stronger comfort and better drape.
